SHIPPING & STUFF

There is nothing quite like receiving a surprise gift box in the mail. Gotcha Covered Gifts shipping is a huge part of our business and we are committed to offering the best price we can to ensure your uniquely designed gift arrives to its recipient in a safe and timely manner. 

USPS EXPRESS MAIL USPS Express mail is an overnight guaranteed rate offering money back on the shipping cost only if not delivered on the guaranteed date.  If your order is placed by 4pm CST, the package will arrive within two days of placing your order to most US destinations. Please keep in mind, there are limited locations that require two days (three from placing order) for guaranteed Express delivery.  This is usually due to proximity to major shipping hubs.  Please inquire if you have questions about your destination. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

 All orders placed by 4pm CST ship the next day from our headquarters in Oklahoma (except for Sundays and USPS holidays.).  We know how important it is to get your package in the mail right away.Allow 4-10 days from placing your order until delivery for First Class shipping and 3-5 days for Priority. Use this chart as a handy dandy tool, but keep in mind they are estimates only

ONE ORDER, MULTIPLE RECIPIENTS 

For simplicity, we prefer you complete a separate transaction for each party you wish to send.  We do this to ensure your gifts get to the correct recipient as quickly as possible.  However, if you prefer, you may checkout with multiple parties in one transaction.  Please be sure to include the addresses for each party in the notes section on the cart page and clearly specify which party and add-ons go to each recipient.  This method may result in a longer ship time.   

MY BOX IS A GIFT. I DON'T WANT A RECEIPT OR ANY PRICES INCLUDED… 

We never include receipts, inventory or packing slips inside any of our boxes, knowing that they are almost always a gift. In terms of prices, we don't alter any of our products by removing tags or crossing out labels - we want to keep the packaging beautiful and intact - but many of our products don't have price tags in the first place, and when they do, they are small and subtle. 

RETURNS? ALL SALES ARE FINAL (BUT TRUST US, THEY’LL LOVE IT)

Unfortunately due to the custom, perishable and often personalized nature of our gift boxes, we do not offer cancellations, returns or refunds. We do everything we can to ensure you and your special people will be doing a happy dance upon receipt of our gift boxes, but if for some reason that does not happen, please contact us immediately @questionsatgcg@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to get you doing a happy dance once more!

IT SAYS THE DELIVERY OF MY GOTCHA COVERED GIFT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL, NOW WHAT?

 We're here to help call carriers, companies and track down packages, and for every gift box purchased you will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your order. 

 DO YOU OFFER A PICK-UP OPTION FOR LOCAL OKIES (Oklahomans)?

 If you are lucky enough to live in the Central Oklahoma Area (Edmond to be exact), we are more than happy to arrange gift pick-up options, or deliver if need be.  This is especially perfect for large specialty orders such as weddings and corporate events.  Also, for an additional flat fee we offer messenger service delivery within a 25-mile radius of Edmond, OK. Just reach out and we “Gotcha Covered”.  Please Note: For local delivery orders will need to be complete by 1pm central time.

WHAT’S INSIDE EACH GOTCHA COVERED GIFT BOX? 

We take great care in custom packing each Gotcha Covered Gift Box. You select your Occasion along with Add-Ons and your box is created with your special people in mind. We ship exactly what you see on each product page. On the rare occasion that we are out of stock on a particular item, we will personally contact you with options of equal or greater value. 

DO THE BOXES COME WITH A NOTE? 

Each Gotcha Covered Gift Box includes an occasion greeting card with your personal message on the back. You simply provide us with your message, and we'll handle the rest.

 DO THE BOXES EVER CHANGE? 

Yes, they do. We’re constantly innovating and updating our product portfolio to refresh existing boxes, and we're always coming up with new box ideas.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED.  NOW WHAT?

Ugh-so sorry on behalf of the shipper for treating your package like a touchdown pass.  If you find any damages to your box or contents please contact us immediately.  We will file an insurance claim on your behalf and replace any damaged items.  IMPORTANT - Please take photos of ALL damages- each damaged item must be photographed- as well as the Shipping Box

  1. Please take photos of All Damages- each damaged item must be photographed.

  2. Photos of the Shipping Box (even if it doesn’t appear to have any damage on it)

  3. Please take a photo of the shipping label itself. 

The Photos of damaged items, shipping box AND a photo of the shipping label itself are REQUIRED by the shipping carrier for replacement items during the claims process. You may be contacted by the insurance company to verify, and if so, will be required to sign an affidavit describing the damages.  Damages must be reported within 7 days of your delivery date to be eligible.

 CAN I CUSTOMIZE A BOX? 

Absolutely! Select the “Build a Box” tab and custom build the perfect gift box. 

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF EACH BOX? 

We have 2 Standard size box sizes: 

STANDARD // 12” X 9” X 4" & LARGE // 12" x 12" x 4". However sometimes more is better, and we have just the perfect size box if you choose to really GO BIG!
