The Scoop on Me
After my daughter left for college, I realized the lack of options for sending unique, affordable and customizable gifts when I couldn't be with her for special moments. With her January birthday, each and every year after the Christmas scramble I would be looking for something unique and fun to send that she could open on her birthday. I hoped for someone to “cover” me in those years I was searching for the perfect “it” gift. I wanted something that went beyond flowers and the typical overpriced gift boxes & baskets that may look impressive, but once open, you realize it’s a whole lot of filler, but very little substance. A gift I could actually attach a note or message that would allow her to have a clue where it came from, not cost a billion dollars, AND most importantly be something other than bath bombs, soaps or candles. Not that I don’t love those things, it’s just when I started searching gifts it became apparent that a lot of expensive gift boxes are filled with very similar items. My friends and family would tell you my go to statement has forever been “it’s all about the presentation”, however I know there is a way to create a beautiful presentation along with providing uniquely purposeful gifts. And luckily for me I’ve found there are so many others that feel the same way; and so the creation of: Gotcha Covered Gifts.
